Ingredients:
1 loaf peanut butter bread
2 ripe plantains
2 Tablespoons (or more) peanut butter
2 teaspoons (plus or minus to taste) Thai Chili Garlic Sauce
butter, warmed to room temperature
Grilling baste: 2 teaspoons butter, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles
